Another quiet spring day with a single Garden Warbler the only migrant in the bushes and just 21 Swallow and two House Martin overhead. In the estuary wader counts included 60 Dunlin, 26 Sanderling, 21 Whimbrel, 21 Bar-tailed Godwit, six Ringed and two Grey Plover with the single Pale-bellied Brent Goose and a first summer Mediterranean Gull also present.
